Directions
Mixing Instructions: 1) Add one rounded scoop of Adept
Buckwheat Protein to a shaker filled with 10-12 ounces of cold water or
your favorite beverage. 2) Shake thoroughly for about 20 seconds or
until powder is well dissolved. 3) Drink. Usage Suggestion: Consume one
or more servings upon waking, 30-45 minutes before workouts, and/or
immediately after training.
