Directions
This is an advanced, precision-engineered dietary supplement. Begin
by taking one (1) capsule on an empty stomach with a full glass of
water, twice daily 30 minutes prior to a meal or training. After two (2)

capsules twice daily on any empty stomach with a full glass of water, 30
